Car Shots AI is an app designed to help UK car dealerships quickly turn car photos into professional-grade images by generating AI-powered studio backgrounds. The app enhances the visual appeal of car listings, contributing to better marketing efforts.
Challenges
The client wanted to create an easy-to-use app that could automatically improve dealership photos by replacing backgrounds, cutting down on the need for costly studio setups.
Process & Timeline:
This project was completed in just 7 days. The key challenge was creating an AI that accurately detected car boundaries and replaced backgrounds without compromising photo quality.
Results/Conclusion :
Although the app was shown to around 30 UK car dealers and received positive feedback, the demand was not sufficient for immediate release. The project has been shelved for a future date when demand may increase.
